Annual Apollo Circle Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art

The 2017 Apollo Circle Benefit was held in the Temple of Dendur of the museum’s Sackler Wing

This past Thursday, the Metropolitan Museum of Art celebrated its 20th anniversary with the annual Apollo Circle Benefit in its Temple of Dendur section, which was beautifully lit with projections by David Scher. Over 900 art enthusiasts enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and dancing to music by Matt FX, with all proceeds supporting the conservation and research of the museum. Prior to the main event, an exclusive dinner for the benefit committee was held in the Charles Engelhard Court for the first time ever.
