Chef Daniel Boulud Introduces A Three-Star Whisky

Chef Daniel Boulud has collaborated with The Dalmore‘s distiller Richard Paterson to produce The Dalmore Selected by Daniel Boulud, a medley of stocks from Madeira, Muscatel, and Port casks. Boulud—employing his esteemed palate—developed the bespoke whisky to enrich the experience of the guests at his restaurants. The Dalmore Selected by Daniel Boulud is available at Daniel, Café Boulud, Boulud Sud, db Bisro Moderne, Bar Boulud, and DBGB Kitchen and Bar.
