Easter Sunday is a day of celebration, and what better way to celebrate than with an incredible meal. This year, gaze out at the New York City skyline while indulging on a decadent brunch buffet at the iconic Rainbow Room. Rainbow Room’s famous a la carte menu is complimented by specialized chef stations including a freshly pressed juice bar, bacon bar, Greek yogurt parfait bar, ‘sweet & savory’ crepe station and a Bloody Mary bar.
Easter additions to the menu include Roasted Black Angus Prime Rib or Beef and Colorado Roast Leg of Lamb. All dishes are ideated by Rainbow Room’s Executive Chef, Jim Botsacos.
Seating is available from 10:30am to 2:30pm. $125 per person excluding beverages, tax and gratuity. Reservations and proper attire required.
