Lexington Avenue Holiday Stroll

Every Thursday in December merchants on Lexington Avenue are hosting “The Lexington Avenue Holiday Stroll.” The even takes place from 6-8:30 pm between 70th and 74th streets.

Participating shops offer a wide spectrum of personally selected items with international flair, including toys, clothing,  jewelry, home decor, books and antiques. Lanterns placed in front of the shops will light your merry way. A portion of sales go to the Ronald McDonald House.

“This is a neighborhood filled with family-owned businesses that care about the community and our loyal customers,” said Anne Millard, president of the Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts. “We thought that celebrating the holidays with a traditional, family-friendly spirit and charitable manner would be a wonderful way for all of us to enjoy the season.”
