Valentine’s Day is sweeter with chef Geoffrey Zakarian, who is offering three- and four-course menus on Friday, February 13, and Saturday, February 14, at The Lamb’s Club. Start with the Red Velvet cocktail (framboise lambic and sparkling wine, garnished with a raspberry) and ease into a meal of Butter-Poached Nova Scotia Lobster; Diver Scallop with Kaluga Caviar, and Torchon of Foie Gras. Interested in an after-dinner drink? Melanie and The Bianco Martinis will be playing jazz at the mezzanine bar at The Lamb’s Club from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
