Start with the Red Velvet cocktail (framboise lambic and sparkling wine, garnished with a raspberry) and ease into a meal of Butter-Poached Nova Scotia Lobster; Diver Scallop with Kaluga Caviar, and Torchon of Foie Gras. Interested in an after-dinner drink?
