The name of DAVID BURKE fabrick is derived from “faber,” which translates from Latin to mean “artisan”—a word exemplified by the fare of the restaurant as well as its décor. The 84-seat space offers a menu that boasts a variety of options for vegetarians, including “Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Pappardelle,” “Avocado Panna Cotta,” and “Roasted Cauliflower Steak,” in supplement to plates such as “Candied Bacon,” “Grilled Octo Tacos,” and “Skin and Bones” (chicken dumplings, skin, and chicken-liver crackers).
Helmed by chef Adin Langille, the restaurant succeeds at dishes that are as inventive as they are delicious.
