Polo Ralph Lauren Debuts 2018 US Open Tennis Collection

Just in time for the 2018 US Open (kicking off Aug. 27), Polo Ralph Lauren debuts its always-anticipated US Open tennis collection. The official outfitter of the tennis championships since 2005, Polo Ralph Lauren provides uniforms for all on-court officials and ballpersons as well as a US Open collection of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and accessories.

This year’s looks harken back to sporty Polo icons from the ’90s with bold, graphic, and colorful pieces inspired by classic, preppy style with varsity details. The collection is done in a crisp and patriotic color palette of red, white, and blue.

The 2018 ballpersons uniform consists of reimagined classics made from innovative and functional performance fabrics that are constructed for active play. The airflow jersey Polo, emblazoned with a Polo Pony and the newly redesigned US Open logo, is paired with a tech short or skort, both featuring stretch and moisture-wicking properties.

Complementing the ballpersons uniform is a collection of off-the-court styles, which boast a sporty, street-style feel with elements inspired by the iconic Polo Stadium collection from 1992. Standout pieces include a Polo shirt embellished with a letterman-inspired “P” and crossed tennis racquets and a Polo shirt and hoodie with a tennis-themed Polo Stadium–inspired logo, a letterman-inspired double-knit jacket, and a range of tees with commerative US Open–inspired graphics.

The full collection is available at the Polo Ralph Lauren Shops on-site at the US Open for the duration of the tournament, as well as online at RalphLauren.com.
