Signature Dishes without Fuss at Prandial

On a sultry summer evening, Quest was nestled deep in the Flatiron district, a neighborhood that often gets a bad rap as a cultural wasteland. No longer–the new restaurant Prandial offers the best of fine dining amidst a cool and comfy aesthetic. Mustard yellow booths hug around linen-swathed tables covered in food and expertly crafted cocktails.

Prandial serves up contemporary American dining with more than a pinch of French flair, with an attention to detail that makes it impossible to order the wrong meal.

That being said, Quest ordered up the duck and fig salad to start, followed by the olive oil poached salmon, which was served in a pink peppercorn tarragon dressing. To round off the meal, Quest indulged in the homemade rootbeer float and and the chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. Don’t forget to stop at the stunning wrap-around mahogany bar for one of Prandial’s original drinks before you go–it’s good for digestion, right?
