Spice Up the Season with Swedish Culinary Summer and Xanté

Xante SCS The Bridge 5 Xante Mojito

Throughout the season, Swedish Culinary Summer has been catering to the see and be seen of the Hamptons, offering award-winning cuisine at events for organizations like ArtHamptons, the James Beard Foundation, LongHouse Reserve, the East Hampton Library, and RxArt. This year, Swedish Culinary Summer has teamed up with Xanté, serving cocktails with a European liqueur to complement the Swedish fare. (Xanté, of course, is a blend of pears and French cognac—seductively smooth in taste, intimately irresistible in character.)

But, whether or not you’re rubbing elbows with Alec Baldwin and the rest of the Hamptons elite, Xanté welcomes you to experience a vacation of sorts, wherever the weekends take you. Here, two cocktails that will taste as good as dipping your toes in the ocean feels:

Xanté, 10 mint leaves, 4 lime wedges, 2 parts sugar syrup, 1 teaspoon of sugar, soda.

Ginger Martini

Xanté, 4 teaspoons of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of sugar syrup, piece of ginger.
