Stribling & Associates Reopens Chelsea Office

Stribling_Chelsea_2Last night, Stribling & Associates, one of New York’s top residential real estate firms, celebrated the reopening of its Chelsea office at 340 West 23rd Street. The new space, designed by Brockschmidt & Coleman, was given a modern update yet still retained many of the original details, such as a vault door in the conference room and old photos of the neighborhood that have been in the office for decades. “As Stribling grows, we are constantly improving both our outside appearance with new branding efforts as well as our infrastructure with the best technology,” said Elizabeth Ann Stribling-Kivlan, president of Stribling & Associates. Elizabeth Ann’s mother, Elizabeth “Libba” Stribling, founded Stribling & Associates in 1981 and serves as the company’s chairwoman. Stribling-Kivlan continued: “This office is important to the history of our firm, and to see it evolve again is very rewarding.”
