Recently, we’ve discovered two new noteworthy spots: restaurateur Chris Cannon and chef Chris Jaeckle’s latest East Village venture, all’onda, and Tender in Times Square, where the menu features modern American cuisine and an impressive sushi selection created by executive chef Dale Schnell whose experience includes positions at the Setai Fifth Avenue, Picholine, KTCHN at THE OUT NYC, and the world’s only 7-star hotel—the Burj al Arab in Dubai.
