The Setai Hotel and Residences opens its doors

Friday marked the grand opening of The Setai, Manhattan’s newest landmark luxury hotel and residences. The evening featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by New York City Deputy Mayor Robert Steel, Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, and Ambassador of Italy to the United States Giulio Terzi, among other VIPs and dignitaries.

The hotel boasts a stunning interior decor by DAS Concepts Inc. and 214 luxury guest rooms. Amenities include chef Michael White’s new restaurant, Ai Fiori, plus The Bar on Fifth, Auriga Spa, and a Julien Farel Salon—all making The Setai an excellent destination for New York City visitors and residents alike.

The residences, developed by Bizzi and Partners, and located on floors 31-60 of the 400 Fifth Avenue building, include a bar and lounge, and indoor and outdoor spaces exclusive to residents.

At the heart of bustling Midtown Manhattan, The Setai lends a welcome oasis of elegance and calm.
