We arrived, welcomed with a warm hand cloth and heated neck pillow before choosing from a selection of amuse bouche. After a minute or two, we were led into one of five rooms at the boutique where we were offered a spoon of “black sage” honey, which provides antibacterial, digestive, and sensory benefits.

The service features a caviar peel-off masque and, since caviar is comprised of amino acids, fatty acids, iron, minerals, vitamin B, and zinc, skin is left hydrated and renewed in a way that’s luxurious and natural. Afterward, an oxygen peel-off masque with Laminaria Digitata and Spirulina, seaweed plants that are the ultimate in anti-aging because of their ability to deliver oxygen, encourage collagen, and regenerate cells. The service also includes a series of massages. Ahhh…

Quest emerged at the end, so refreshed that it was visible from the absence of under-eye bags to our smile. One more indulgence—a bite of caviar, one of Cornelia Spa at The Surrey’s pairings that is created specifically for the treatment.

We departed with a gift box, complete with cookies and more, and Cornelia Lumina Emerald Smoothing and Concealing Eye Crème to pamper until our next trip up Madison Avenue…
